Delivery Scope Description : a. Project Description: The project focuses on implementing SAP S/4HANA Utilities to support core business processes for the energy retail, distribution system operator (DSO), and meter systems operator (MSO) market roles for both electricity and gas, leveraging a hybrid landscape with integrated cloud solutions. b. Tasks: 1. Define Client Management Strategy: o Task: Analyze project requirements and define a comprehensive client copy strategy for the multi-client S/4HANA landscape. o Deliverable: A formal strategy document outlining the recommended client copy process, tools, data scope, and schedule for the project lifecycle. 2. Design System Connectivity Architecture: o Task: Design and document the secure technical connectivity for all system integrations. o Deliverable: A detailed technical design document specifying the secure connection methods, protocols, and configurations for integrating the S/4HANA system with the archive server, non-SAP CRM, and all other identified peripheral systems. 3. Manage SAP ECS Engagement: o Task: Act as the technical liaison for all interactions with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). o Deliverable: A tracking log of all submitted incidents and service requests to SAP ECS, including status updates and documented resolutions, ensuring timely support for the project team. 4. Provide Expert Technical Support and Resolution: o Task: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all SAP Basis-related topics within the project, resolving ad-hoc technical issues. o Deliverable: Documented resolutions for all assigned high-priority technical issues and support questions related to the project landscape, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
