BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated 3D Artist 4 for an opportunity with our client Role: 3D Artist 4 Location : Redmond, WA (100% onsite) Duration : 12+ Months Contract Job Responsibilities: Looking for resources that show strong draftsman skills, experience in FPS/sci‑fi genres, solid fundamentals (composition, lighting, design), and tool familiarity (Unreal, Blender, Photoshop; standard tools) Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or diploma with an emphasis on Art Shipped at least one AAA game title An outstanding grasp of human anatomy, animal anatomy, industrial, and architectural design coupled with strong traditional art fundamentals Exceptional mastery of either Photoshop or Painter Ability to work collaboratively - must be open to direction and able to embrace change Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each Concept Art Fundamentals – Minimum 5 years of experience with composition, lighting, and design principles to create high-quality visual assets. Development Tool Proficiency – Minimum 3–5 years of experience using tools such as Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop for game asset creation. Collaboration & Communication Skills – Strong ability to work within a team environment and coordinate effectively across art and development teams (experience level typically demonstrated through 5+ years in similar roles).
