We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Event Manager to help plan and execute live fundraising events, community activations, and awareness campaigns for national nonprofit organizations.

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll support the execution of live events that raise awareness, engage communities, and drive donations for nonprofit partners.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community-based nonprofit events and outreach campaigns

• Manage on-site logistics : event setup, vendor coordination, signage, and breakdown

• Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless event execution

• Track and report on key performance metrics and attendee feedback

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize campaign visibility

• Ensure all events align with client goals and brand messaging

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple moving parts

• Communicate clearly and lead with confidence

• Have strong organizational and time-management skills

• Can think on your feet and solve problems proactively

• Are passionate about nonprofits, community service, or social impact

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Are available for weekend and evening events as needed
