Job Description

Quinn Covarrubias is a civil litigation firm representing public and private clients with offices in Roseville and Orange County. We are growing and looking for another motivated attorney for our Roseville office to work on a wide variety of civil litigation cases in the area of business litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury, property damage and employment law. We provide direct mentorship and skill development for newer attorneys. Reasonable billable hour requirement. Posted pay range is salary which is dependent on experience and skills but we offer a performance-based quarterly bonus plan to all associates that allows motivated attorneys to make up to an additional $36k per year. *Qualifications*:

· Licensed to practice law in California;

· Civil litigation experience;

· Excellent research and writing skills;

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Experience with pleading preparation and law and motion practice;

· Prior experience taking and defending depositions;

· Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of assignments;

· A desire to try cases;

· Values and thrives in a team-based approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
