About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. You’ll support the product management lifecycle, helping to deliver against our roadmap while ensuring smooth operations across agile processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a product leader while contributing immediately to an organization that shapes the narrative around digital assets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support roadmap delivery by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Maintain and organize JIRA boards, documentation, and product specs in accordance with team standards
  • Help manage agile workflows, including running or supporting ceremonies such as standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and requirements gathering
  • Intake, triage, and track employee and customer-reported bugs from Slack and other channels
  • Participate in QA testing and error validation to ensure product quality
  • Track, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform product decisions
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders through weekly reports and ad hoc updates
Growth Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending product enhancements
  • Support and eventually lead product launches, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market coordination
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on product objectives
  • Conduct client and prospect calls to collect feedback and validate product direction
  • Lead internal and external product demonstrations for employees, customers, and potential clients
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience considered)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity about digital assets and eagerness to learn
Bonus if you have
  • Experience in a crypto, media, fintech, or SaaS environment
  • Exposure to QA testing, bug tracking, or user research
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI products or integrations, especially in content, analytics, or workflow automation
  • Experience working in a distributed, global team
