Destination Wedding Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for individuals who love weddings, travel, and event planning. As a Destination Wedding Specialist, you will help couples choose beautiful destinations, coordinate group travel, and support guests leading up to their big day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, organization, and working closely with people.
Guide couples through choosing resorts, destinations, and wedding packages
Arrange travel accommodations for couples and their guests
Coordinate group bookings, itineraries, and special requests
Stay informed about wedding venues, inclusions, and legal requirements
Provide ongoing support to the couple throughout the planning journey
Organize guest lists, travel documents, and booking details
Communicate clearly with all parties involved
Strong communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage group travel
Interest in weddings, events, or hospitality
Basic computer and research skills
Flexible work schedule
