Job title: Digital Experimentation Analyst

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Fort Worth TX 76155 --- 3 day/week in office (Tues-Thurs).

Top Skills & Experience Required (3–5):

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and SQL
• Hands‑on experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests (digital experimentation)
• Knowledge of statistics and Python
• Ability to communicate findings and requirements clearly with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement & presentation skills

Position Overview:

This role is part of the Digital Experimentation Team within the Digital Customer Experience organization. The Analyst will design, execute, and measure digital experiments (primarily A/B tests) to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and foster a company‑wide test‑and‑learn culture. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to bridge the gap between data insights and business implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices for experiment measurement, leveraging sound statistical methods.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, run, and analyze A/B tests.
• Translate business goals into testable hypotheses and experimental designs.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work with developers, analysts, and vendors to ensure experiment setup and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities across digital platforms.
• Promote adoption of an experimentation-first culture by sharing results, best practices, and success stories.
• Ensure the program is scalable, repeatable, and sustainable.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Strong knowledge of causal inference, digital experimentation, and statistical methods
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Prior experience with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering)
• Experience with Adobe Target or comparable testing/optimization platforms
• Experience with Databricks or other advanced analytics platforms
