Hao Systems is a leading provider of security and communication solutions, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV and telecommunications systems. We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Construction Project Manager (CCTV & Communications) , you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV and telecommunications systems. You will coordinate teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all technical aspects meet industry standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of low-, mid-, and high-voltage electrical systems and be willing to travel to different states as required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, manage budgets/resources, coordinate teams, and assess project scope.


Installation & Maintenance Oversight: Supervise installation, ensure compliance with technical standards, and oversee maintenance/troubleshooting.


Client Management: Act as the main client contact, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.


Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality standards, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, and conduct final inspections.


Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify risks, adjust plans to resolve issues, and enforce health/safety regulations.


Team Leadership: Manage and support field teams, technicians, and subcontractors, holding regular progress meetings.


Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets, track expenses, and manage procurement of materials/equipment.


Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, submit reports, and ensure documentation is up to date.


Post-Project Support: Provide ongoing client support, assist with troubleshooting, and gather feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, preferably in CCTV & telecommunications.
  • Strong knowledge of low-, mid-, and high-voltage electrical systems is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to different states (out-of-state projects required).
  • Company will provide accommodations and meals for out-of-state projects.
  • ** Korean/English bilingual is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, RCDD, or similar) are a plus.
