In this role, you will collaborate with our experienced event coordinators to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to community festivals. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of various events such as conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings. Communicate with vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts under the guidance of senior staff. Conduct research to identify suitable locations and venues for events based on client needs and budgets. Help develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience for participants. Catalog and maintain event supplies, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness for future events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules demand.
