1. Regular Route FedEx Driver (Drive our Step Vans)

As we expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated FedEx Pickup and Delivery Drivers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Will start at $150-170 a DAY and will increase with Performance!! PAID WEEKLY!!
Previous experience is a plus but is not required!

Drivers will be operating out of the Alliance (762) terminal and will be making deliveries in Argyle and surrounding areas.

Job Description:
As a FedEx Ground Pickup and Delivery Driver at Bay South Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods. Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to pick up and deliver various items.
- Following established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
- Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (0-150 lbs) with the aid of dollies.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary with additional pay.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**FLEX ROUTE DRIVER **

Pay: $20 per hour
Details:
You’ll be delivering packages using your own vehicle (similar to Amazon Flex style).
Pick-ups are made directly from our terminal.
Flexible scheduling available – part-time or full-time.
Requirements:
✔ Must have your own vehicle (2012 or newer) in excellent condition (Registration in Your Name)
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Pass a background check AND a Drug Test
✔ Reliable smartphone for routing and communication
