We re looking for a Head Sushi Chef to lead our rooftop team in midtown Manhattan. If you have a passion for omakase, love experimenting with flavors, and take pride in your craft, we d love to meet you.

What You ll Be Doing

• Create stunning sushi and omakase dishes that wow our guests
  
• Prepare various types of sushi according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, and presentation.
  
• Keep quality, freshness, and presentation at the highest standards
  
• Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure smooth kitchen flow
  
• Work closely with service teams to keep things running seamlessly
  
• Help design seasonal and creative new menu items
  
• Interact with guests to make their dining experience personal and memorable
  

What You ll Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef (omakase experience required)
  
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative attitude
  
• Mastery of sushi techniques, knife skills, and presentation
  
• Ability to adapt to guest preferences and dietary needs
  
• Calm under pressure and thrives during the dinner rush
  
• Attention to detail and pride in your craft
  
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
  
• A positive, guest-focused attitude that elevates the experience for everyone
