Maintenance Technician – $30–$37/hr – Paris, KY

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and motors is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nicholasville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
