As a member of the Healthcare team, you will be part of lean deal teams with direct access to Managing Directors, Executive Directors, and colleagues from other Industry and Product teams on servicing and executing client transactions. Good exposure to working on live transactions and collaborating with colleagues across the US, Asia and Europe. Responsibilities Critical role in deal execution: Work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including sell‑side and buy‑side mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and capital raisings Strategic analysis: Through complex financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations New business development: Actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients, leverage proprietary content and generate value‑additive ideas Team management and development: Work with other analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support the training and mentoring of junior analyst professionals Requirements Outstanding academic qualifications Prior full‑time investment banking experience. Experience within the healthcare sector is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong financial modeling skills Strong written and verbal communication skills SIE, Series 63 & 79 required *Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job‑related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
