Do you have a heart for early learners and a passion for inclusive education? Were looking for a caring and experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support young children, ages 35, in a blended classroom where all students are seen, supported, and celebrated.

In this role, youll work with a small caseload of just 10 students and receive support from two paraprofessionals , creating an ideal environment for focused, individualized teaching. Youll help design and implement Individualized Education Service Plans (IESPs) and work closely with families and service providers to support early developmental success.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Designing fun, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in an inclusive setting

• Developing and implementing IESPs for children with special needs

• Collaborating with families, speech/language therapists, occupational therapists, and other related services staff

• Leading a team that includes 2 paraprofessionals for in-classroom support

• Creating a classroom space where students feel safe, valued, and excited to learn

• Participating in team meetings and supporting transitions to kindergarten

What You Bring:

• A valid Oregon teaching license with an endorsement in Early Learning or Early Intervention (required)

• Hands-on experience writing and executing IESPs

• A team mindset and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

• Knowledge of Individual Family Support Plans (IFSPs) is a big plus

• A warm, child-centered approach and a passion for supporting young learners at every level
