Are you a Payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate, efficient processing? We're building a talent pipeline of skilled Payroll Administrators and Coordinators for future opportunities with our clients — including a well-established and dynamic organization in the energy sector.

If you have hands-on experience with full-cycle payroll and the tools to back it up (think: ADP, Ceridian, UKG, Sage, QuickBooks ), we want to hear from you.

What You'll Typically Be Doing:

  • Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations, timesheets, and adjustments

  • Run and reconcile test and final payrolls using tools like UKG, ADP, Ceridian, or similar

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, and government agencies

  • Complete post-payroll tasks: RRSP contributions, garnishments, WSIB, benefit remittances

  • Support month-end and year-end processes, including T4s and government filings

  • Assist in training employees on payroll tools and contribute to process improvement

What We Look For:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

  • Experience with systems such as UKG, ADP, Ceridian, Sage, QuickBooks

  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • PCP certification (or in progress) is a strong asset

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an added bonus
