Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, state licensure, wound care certification within 6 months, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Physical demands involve mobility, lifting, and exposure to environmental changes; mental requirements include independent judgment, adaptability, and emotional stability. Position requires travel to patient locations, adherence to safety protocols, and a valid driver’s license. Essential duties encompass wound assessment, treatment, supervision of staff, documentation, coordination with healthcare teams, and compliance with HIPAA and infection control policies.
