Become part of a friendly and supportive team dedicated to customer satisfaction! Your Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and improve customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services. Fluency in Polish is essential; knowledge of English is preferable. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
