Overview Product Manager Graduate (TikTok Shop FBT Fulfillment Center) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS) at TikTok. Responsibilities Lead initiatives and design solutions for the Smart Routing Engine (SRE), optimal warehouse, and carrier selection based on business targets (lead time, cost, etc). Work on carrier integration and management including KPI monitoring and the FBT control tower. Conduct new operation model design and launch. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Final year or recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree and a background in Computer Science, Design, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, equivalent Science/technical field, or related discipline Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, excellent English skills and can use English as a working language, and a study abroad background is a bonus. Possess excellent data insight and goal drive, and be able to use data to drive product demand discovery, improvement and perfection. Strong ability to learn quickly, high self-motivation, results-oriented, and willingness to innovate in the face of complex problems. Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience in logistics and cross-border e-commerce is preferred. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits Benefits may vary by employment nature and location.
