Roofing Service Manager

Roofing Service Manager

Location: Arbutus, MD

Pay Range: $80k-$110k DOE + Bonus

Position Overview
The Roofing Service Manager will oversee the operations of roofing service projects, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of roofing professionals, coordinating schedules, and optimizing service delivery to meet company goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of roofing service projects
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments and dispatch teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and effectiveness through KPIs
• Provide training and support to team members
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
• Oversee the sales process for service contracts and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with project management teams on larger roofing projects
• Utilize SalesForce for tracking service calls and project management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in the roofing or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems including shingle, single-ply, and coatings
• Experience in project management and operations management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in scheduling and dispatching
• Familiarity with KPIs and metrics for performance evaluation
• Experience using SalesForce or similar CRM software
• Ability to handle customer complaints and find effective solutions
