Department Summary

Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team, where we empower customers by showcasing the value of EchoStar's products and services through a consultative approach. This engaging role consists of 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide the best solutions.
• Stay resilient through challenging calls while focusing on long-term goals.
• Manage time effectively while assisting customers and performing data entry.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong relationships.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Smartphone/device with an active network connection.

Salary Ranges

Compensation ranges from $15.75 to $34.87 per hour.
