About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President, Executive Search, who possesses a robust background in retained executive search, especially within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the entire executive search lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successfully placing transformative leaders in Board, C-Suite, and senior management positions. Your proficiency in closing high-stakes searches and your strong pedigree in business development will be crucial to your success.
The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder, adept at nurturing and expanding client partnerships, while ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates. We seek a professional with a commanding executive presence, capable of confidently interacting with Boards and C-Suite executives. A collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial spirit, along with the flexibility to operate effectively in a virtual environment, is essential. Occasional travel for client engagements and industry events will be required, but it will be less than 10% of your time.
