Overview This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of iTech AG. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer in the District of Columbia (USA). This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance business processes and IT capabilities through the ServiceNow platform. You will design, develop, and deploy customized applications, workflows, and dashboards to meet client needs while collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders. As a key technical contributor, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position provides a balance of independent work and team collaboration, allowing you to grow your expertise while making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and client success. Accountabilities Develop custom ServiceNow features, applications, workflows, and portals to satisfy business requirements. Design and implement queries, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights. Lead the development team in architecting and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with strategic goals. Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities and improve ServiceNow functionalities. Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Work both independently and collaboratively with remote teams. Perform other duties as assigned to support client success. Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with custom application development expertise. Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, including custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rules. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ability to produce high-quality client-facing deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required. Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one. U.S. citizenship required.
