McKesson is seeking a Senior Associate Risk Intelligence Analyst to join the Risk Intelligence Team. This role is responsible for identifying, documenting, and responding to emerging risks, helping to protect revenue and strengthen our large, mature networks. The Senior Associate will leverage investigative and analytical skills to support risk mitigation and quality assurance initiatives across the organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Review intake channels and provide triage support for reported concerns or threats, ensuring timely and accurate initial assessment.
Investigate concerns and threats by pulling and combining data and context from multiple sources, leveraging analytical tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Document the outcomes of triage and investigative activities; ensuring clear, accurate, and timely records of actions taken, findings, and recommendations for future reference and compliance.
Identify trends in concerns and threats investigated across different client and product areas, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with a proven ability to work effectively with team members and business units.
General technical proficiency (MS Windows, Word, Excel, IE, etc.).
SQL skills desired
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Critical Skills
Passion for troubleshooting and resolving issues, both technical and process related.
Attention to detail regarding accuracy of investigative outcomes & risk mitigation activities.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Applies data analysis techniques to uncover patterns and generate insights.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Self-starter with a drive to explore issues where information is incomplete, unclear, or evolving.Strong oral, written, and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
Passion for helping clients and employees achieve their goals.
Experience in problem-solving roles preferred.
