Position Overview

The Support Financial Advisor is a mid-level position for a credentialed and experienced advisor. This role is ideal for a CFP professional with at least 2 years of experience who is confident in both client service and business development.

Youll play a critical role in supporting the firm and senior advisors through client onboarding, service delivery, and retention efforts. You will run introductory meetings, manage relationships with eRebel-level clients, and guide them through our planning process as they transition to Silver and Gold service tiers.

In addition to technical planning work, this position requires a proactive mindset, sales aptitude, and a passion for helping clients meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage new prospects and help convert leads into long-term clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact and advisor for eRebel clients.
• Run introductory and ongoing client meetings with professionalism and care.
• Conduct in-depth financial planning research and prepare deliverables for meetings.
• Provide ongoing service and account maintenance.
• Collaborate within a team-based advisory model to support broader firm objectives.
• Identify planning issues and implement customized solutions.
• Embrace and apply rebel Financials planning and investment philosophy.
• Contribute to firm growth through business development and relationship building.

What Were Looking For

• Certifications: Must hold the CFP designation.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial planning or advisory services.
• Education: Bachelors degree required; emphasis in financial planning or business preferred.
• Preferred Traits & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing financial advisory role.
  • Comfortable with both technical planning and client communication.
  • Experience with financial services technology (Advyzon, eMoney, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Business development experience or aptitude is strongly valued.
