Training Coordinator
As a Training Coordinator for NCW, you will be an integral part of helping NCW maintain its forecasted growth trajectory. Your efforts will support the success of our company-wide learning and onboarding programs by maintaining the training calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating new-hire onboarding. You will distribute materials prepared by the Learning Experience Manager and assist in updating learning content as needed. This role serves on our internal Human Resources Team, directly reporting to the Learning Experience Manager.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Completes administrative onboarding tasks such as preparing onboarding Schedules, booking conference rooms for training sessions, ensuring limited scheduling conflicts, creating name tags, and more.
+ Coordinates with the IT Specialist regarding Audio/Visual setup for learning experiences and documentation of sessions.
+ Assisting the Learning Experience Manager with uploading and updating the Learning Library contents
+ Creating curriculum for System onboarding, ensuring all processes are documented along with practice modules related to the walkthroughs
+ Maintaining all communication related to internal and external professional development opportunities
+ Additional responsibilities as the department and organization grow
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Analytical mind with the desire + ability to solve problems
+ Ability to multitask with a willingness to learn and pivot as needs change quickly
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
+ 2 years minimum of relevant work experience in corporate learning
+ Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency on completing assigned tasks
+ Comfortable sitting at a desk & using a computer for prolonged periods of time
+ Ability to self-critique and self-motivate through accomplishing tasks
