Job Title: UI/UX Designer


Location: Remote


Job Type: Contract



Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI with a strong focus on user experience and storytelling.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance design quality.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
• Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all platforms and products.
• Translate complex datasets and analytics into clear, engaging visual designs

Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and dashboard design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Experience designing for Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
