About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the organization's talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on ensuring a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding experience. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in enterprise-level talent acquisition, including at least 5 years' in a senior leadership capacity, is required.
