# **About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to support our daily operations. While this role covers general administrative assistance, the **primary focus is accurate, fast, and well-structured data entry**. You will help maintain our databases, organize digital information, and ensure data consistency across platforms—supporting the smooth workflow of our team.

## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Data Entry & Database Management**
* Enter, update, and validate data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
* Clean, organize, and format data for easy use and reporting.
* Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Convert raw information into structured formats (Excel, Sheets, CRM, etc.).
* Maintain well-organized digital files and naming systems.
### **General Virtual Assistant Duties (30%)**
* Manage emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
* Assist with online research and documentation.
* Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data-based insights.
* Support team members with various operational tasks.
## **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
* Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
* High proficiency in **Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools**.
* Ability to work with CRMs, online dashboards, and cloud-based platforms.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver error-free work.
## **Bonus Skills**
* Experience with data cleaning, formatting, and spreadsheet formulas.
* Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
* Basic analysis skills (filters, pivot tables, reporting).
